Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the applications, websites, and related online services provided by Autient, Inc. (“Autient,” “we,” “us”) (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and authentication

Certain features require an account. You may sign in using passwordless methods, including one-time passcodes (OTP) sent by SMS to a mobile number you provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to that number and for activity under your account. Never share your login codes; Autient will never ask you for one.

SMS / text messaging terms

When you enter your mobile number and request a login or verification code, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Autient for the purpose of authenticating your account. This is a two-factor authentication (2FA) program that sends one-time passcodes and account-verification codes; we do not send marketing or promotional texts through it.

  • Message frequency: you receive a message each time you request a login or verification code. Frequency varies based on your usage.
  • Message and data rates: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • To opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Opting out disables SMS login codes and may prevent you from signing in by phone.
  • For help: reply HELP, or contact us at info@autient.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is shared only with our messaging provider solely to deliver the passcode you requested.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers; carrier support may change without notice. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Services only for lawful, personal purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
  • Do not use another person’s phone number or account without authorization.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how it is used, and confirms we do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autient is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
